Meet Denise
Denise has over 20+ years of corporate experience where she led multiple teams to breakthrough levels of performance as a senior leader in the pharma and consulting sectors. She honed her transformational leadership working worldwide with colleagues across the value chain, including as an expat in New Zealand, Australia, France, and the Caribbean. With a keen understanding of the power of personal fulfillment as a key component of healthy high performance in work, she developed her love of outrigger canoeing to a competitive level, becoming a masters’ World medalist for New Zealand at the age of 41, one of the most enriching experiences of her life.
In 2021, Denise leaned full-time into her expertise as a business thought partner and transformation specialist by obtaining her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials from the International Coaching Federation, an advanced certification in Executive Coaching, and launching Two Rivers Meeting - a certified women's business enterprise (WBENC).
Her passion is guiding and co-creating space for others to experience how leaning into their extraordinary wisdom and inner-knowing can amplify their organizational expertise and agency.
